The moaning part is an interpolation but I believe the horn is a chopped direct sample

Could be a coincidence (although I doubt it) but in the Beatnuts' track "Strokes" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OY8uhPTxhqo) they definately have the female part of the moaning, sounding a lot like the beginning of "Different Strokes". Wouldn't go as far as calling it a sample, though. Maybe somewhat of a reinterpretation.
