The only time I've ever heard Gang Starr get any commercial radio airplay in the UK was when Guru died, other than one time when Radio 1 played "Step in the Arena", and the DJ went on to say how "Step in the AREA" was his favourite Gang Starr tune... Commercially, Gang Starr / Guru are seldom played. |

That's surprising to me because I was under the impression that Guru was more known in the UK due to his work with UK artists. (Neneh Cherry, Brand New Heavies, Loose Ends, etc) |
