This is incorrect. Firstly, Soul II Soul did not do the Edie Brickell remix of "What I Am". It's a bootleg remix by Mad Magic DJ's, they simply named it the "Soul II Soul Remix" because they looped the same beat Soul II Soul used in "Keep On Movin'" and Primal Scream used in "Loaded" underneath the original Edie Brickell song. Also, the above links are backwards. It was sampled FOR the Edie Brickell remix, probably FROM the Primal Scream song and not the other way around! |
