Just a slightly "sound-a-like".

Man I don't care that Hammond and Hazlewood won this case, this sample is so bogus. Not saying it should be taken off the site, cause the fact that radiohead lost makes it important, but it's still total bulls***.

jOsSse said on Saturday, 23 July 2011:
how can they won the case if they are just chords!

JoyGrenade said on Saturday, 16 July 2011:
Yeah, that's how I had originally listed it...not sure why it was changed. Also, kidwho's comment was part of my appeal to the mods to have this approved.

I think the correct timing (even though the chords are the same in all the tune) is 2:26 on the
Radiohead song. You can then clearly recognize the melody + the chords.

Hammond and Hazlewood were never in the Hollies of course ;-) Goes to show how much this song became associated with them. The first cut by Albert Hammond was not the deepest obviously ...

kidwho said on Friday, 26 November 2010:
Albert Hammond and Mike Hazlewood of the Hollies are credited as co-writers of "Creep" in the liner notes of 'Pablo Honey'. They took the case against Radiohead to court and won.
