I think the 2nd sample is extremely generic and could even be just a bongo slap or two from a generic programmer.I think it was even the same one used in the godawfull Mysterious Girl by Peter Andre!
The 1st one is a little more clear, as the Red 5 one also has the same synth accompanying the drum sounds too. I'd say stick that one in.

1 - The drumloop (cowbell sounding) that starts at 0:18, also used in Red 5's Da Beat Goes... at 2:15, is this just a standard setting somewhere, is it a sample, ...?
2 - The drumloop at 2:39 is clearly the same as 2 Unlimited used in No One, I currently have that linked to a Bob Marley song, but I'm starting to doubt that one, help appreciated :D It might be an intro from ANY reggae track?
There's more, but these are the one I'm wondering about ^^
