Yeah it's an exact match

I agree with Jay, It sounds directly sampled. The only thing that RZA, No Id, and Kanye really did to the sample was slow it down and lower the pitch. Its so beyond obvious that its directly sampled that I don't know why he is trying to lie to us like this. What do we usually do when we know something has been sampled and the artist claims otherwise??

Jay Gumbs said on Saturday, 02 March 2013:
I just listened to both again. It sounds directly sampled. What are they doing at Whosampled HQ?

Jay Gumbs said on Saturday, 02 March 2013:
Well I guess he didn't sample her on Bloody Samurai too then. From the same record at that. SMFH!

stationary unit said on Saturday, 02 March 2013:
And as for the sample, I think it should be put back up. If it's not directly sampled, it's at the least replayed. Even the strings in the background are a match.

I'm assuming it's because of this:
http://www.hiphopdx.com/index/news/id.23071/title.rza-suing-pianist-meiko-kaji-over-sample-infringement-allegations/

RZA claims that he didn't sample Meiko Kaji. The twist is that he's actually suing her.

I just hope that this doesn't mean that RZA will request for artist protection. Believe me, we don't need any more of that.

Izeytope96 said on Friday, 01 March 2013:
Why was the Kaji Meiko sample taken down???

Jay Gumbs said on Friday, 28 October 2011:
RZA probably picked that sample. Meiko was sampled by Wu-Tang.

@Bboom Bap: Yes, definitely. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZLj4TYkUgyA

I listened to it a few times and I sounds exactly the same to me.

@Bboom:
It does sound similar, it might really be it. To be sure though, you should check it in some audio editor (e.g. audacity) :-)

Does anyone think at 0:25 Kanye sampled this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uICNm-KJ_GY at 0:17???
