"Car Thief" does not use a replayed sample. The actual record that the Dust Brothers used on this track was indeed titled "I'll Bet You," but it was a version by the Jackson 5 from their ABC album (1970). It's a direct sample from that track. The Funkadelic track is simply another version of the same tune.
