Yes, Anubis is right, direct samples have a priority over replayed ones, unless the replayed samples are used a lot more throughout the track and the direct ones are really minor.

Personally I think: Direct sample > Replayed Sample > Cover > Remix... So Direct sample being most important... add as many timereferences as you can (but again, this is my personal advise)

What should I do if a song has both Direct Samples and Replayed Samples? For example the main bassline is a replayed sample of the War bassline, but there are direct samples of the vocals and other instruments in it as well.
