Well in 1995 "Ray Parker Jr." lawyers paid Huey Lewis an unspecified ammount of money, plus gave him full written copyright of the "Ghostbusters" so, sample is not the right word, nor is cover version but I think "replayed sample" is fairly close.

its a shame that each sample doesn't have a "description" section as a lot of samples on here have a little bit of history.
