I think we can agree that weed can be heavenly. Merry Christmas. |

Uhm, from the context this "Buddha" is used in, I'm assuming this song is about Weed, not the religion |

I also do NOT like "Buddah Lovaz" because of one of the Bone thugs members singing "it'll send you straight to Heaven". NO it won't, folks. that's a lie that the devil told to the lost souls who have explored buddhism. Only christianity and trust in Christ will send you straight to heaven. So much for that, "Choosey Lover" is really worth a good listen, But "Buddah Lovaz" is worth a good listen only for the melody and the lyrical reference to "Choosey Lover" |

"Choosey Lover" is a very good song, from the guitar and keyboard riffs, to the drum beats, to the Vocals being shared by Ron and another member of the Isley Brothers (most likely O'Kelly or Rudolph), which is also why this is one of my favorite Isley Brothers song. Anyway, the only part of "Buddah Lovaz" that i like is the instrumental part, and the replayed vocal melody based on "Choosey Lover". other than that, i don't like "Buddah Lovaz", because the lyrics to that song is a cult that too many people have, unfournately, already followed. |
