So, after reading MrBlondNYC's comment and this discussion, I determine that Ayo did NOT sample this Crystal Castles song at all. From what I understood, Timbo and Crystal Castles both sampled the same thing (which yet was never specifically found, because if it was found someone would have submitted it already here...). So... If and When it will be found, only then - it's a sample... but Timbo didn't sample them... I think...

Actually... They both sampled from the High Voltage Sid Collection (commodore 64) Timbaland has a 'SidStation' in his studio so he cant claim to be ignorant when sampling ftom c64 classics. Crystal Castles, hmmm yeah they have real talent too.... Its funny how many thieves are in the music business... Tsk...

As erav89 said, they both sampled from the same 8-bit sample CD. Crystal Castles created their song first but it's unlikely Timbaland heard it unless he went to one of their shows.
