I agree with Lee, just look at the immediate opening of Bellisima (12" versions) by DJ Quicksilver, also 1997. It could quite easilly have been taken from that, albeit highly filtered and timestretched.

i also dont think this is an interpolation, as stated, it is a very common effect to use in dance music. I can think of lots of tracks that use the same technique, Jones & Stephenson - The First Rebirth, Joy Kitikonti - Joyenergizer and so on but its not worth submitting them because it is so common.
