It's pretty obvious South Bronx was sampled on Jenny from the Block instead of Get Up Offa That Thing, you can also hear that "Be be be be be be be" thing from South Bronx on the J Lo track.

Do you know for sure? Lopez's album credits the sample from South Bronx. But this more likely is a sample of the original song. Teddy Riley used to sample JB a lot back in the days.
