This might be a stretch, but there are parts when the drums drop out (ex. 1:06), and you can hear what sounds like the "Blind Alley" drums coupled with the ESG loop. Perhaps this song samples "Ain't No Half Steppin'" (which has both of those samples) and not "UFO" directly?
