Well it's like if someone sampled Ice Ice Baby, but the sample also included the Under Pressure bassline. You wouldn't submit both the Under Pressure and Ice Ice Baby sample, unless it was clearly using the original Queen song on it's own. But as discussed below, this does seem to use Funky President outside of the Ghostface sample, so it's fine. |
