Yeah, I wasn't too sure either since the lines between the two genres have really blurred in the last couple of years. Most commercial UK hip-hop is essentially electronic music these days and it's hard to say which bucket a track belongs to. If you read Dot Rotten's Wikipedia entry you'll see that his genres are classified as "Hip-Hop, Grime" and that his tracks are more prominent in the R&B chart, so I went with that.
