This David Whitaker piece within the infamous Bitmap Bros "Xenon" game is actually a cover of Bomb the Bass' "Megablast" which in-turn is inspired by John Capenter's "Assault on Precinct 13 (Main Title)" tune. If you read the "crack intro" style text on the "Xenon" video there is a credit to Bomb the Bass. Either way I love all of them including other notable version like Precinct 13 (Steve Proctor) "Listen to your Heatbeat" and Awesome 3's "Hard Up". |
