Yes, I would say so seen as the riff is intact here, but the only doubts I have are that Kitty with the Bent Frame is by Quincy Jones like Summer in the City, so Toys was possibly a tribute Mr. Jones theres also a similar bell sound running in the background of both tracks. Im not sure if theres any connections with Toys by Herbie Hancock as well or if its just the name and a similar guitar sound, |
