Quotes of lyrics are welcomed and allowed on WhoSampled. Also, WhoSampled is not about "y'all", it's about "you", meaning "you" can add any sample you want and don;t have to wait for other people to do it. But at the same time I don't think saying "... is an army" is enough to be considered a quote but you can submit and a moderator will check it out.
