No, its not exact. Moroder's version has a sixteenth note run at the beginning of the hook, while Bobby Orlando puts it at the end.
It is not an exact replayed sample but very close to the original. It might be fun to have a look at the Midi files.
Bobby Orlando who was the producer for the Flirts interpolates a lot of italo disco into the Hi-NRG stuff he did in the 80's. I think the intro to Passion is another interpolation, but I can't remember where it's from. I'll post it if I'm able to remember.
