KElyas, you're right. Actually, the drum loop and "so fresh" are also sampled from Biz Markie's song. when there are both interpolations and direct samples in a song, I think we go by what part is more dominant. So I think because there are more direct samples, it should be listed as Direct Sample Whole Track.

Sorry, due to Youtube I cannot listen to the remix and sadly I don't remember the remix at all.

Oh crap I didn't even bother listening the time on the Nas song cos I came here for a different sampled part. Don't you think the melody from 0:09 is an interpolation of the singing at 4:05 in Biz Markie's song? I would have submitted it myself but they don't allow it cos a sample from the same song is already up. I always loved the Nize sample though.

Thanks, buddy. It was long time ago, more than a year or so.
But I am very sure that you didn't get the sample right:
In the Nas song there is that "Nas" vocal cut, which is from the Biz Markie song in which he says "recognize". So the "Recognize" vocal was cut to "nize", which sounds like "Nas".

Hey cool find man I noticed it too. How recently did you submit this sample then? Oh btw, the sample starts at 4:05, not 2:05
