I'm trying to submit Enigma's remix of "Hide and Seek". Does anyone know what year the Enigma remix was release and what record label that remix was released on? If so, please let me know. thanks.

I always hate this modern R'n'B stuff (or how it's called). But that's a great sample indeed!

No he sampeled the original. Because the original is drumless and the enigma mix isn't

Jason Derulo didn't sample the original. He sampled the enigma remix of hide and seek!

Few years ago, I heard this song on the O.C. and again at Barns&Nobles so I downloaded it and had been playing on my iPod ever since. I was suprised to hear it sampled !!! I guess it's a good thing.. Howmany people knew of Hide and Seek before???

There are loads of people saying this sample is blasphemy but I must say that after a few listens I don't think Jason Derulo's song is half bad. Contrary to popular belief, Imogen Heap's song is not about the holocaust, just a f***ed-up relationship, and I can't really see a reason why it can't be used in this way if the new song is tight. I've given it a 4 out of 5 vote.
