Please note that we only permit Soundcloud / Bandcamp embeds where they are featured on the artist's official account.

Why not submit that Soundcloud entry to replace this one?

When I submitted this the video we had for "Operator's Choice" had the opening monologue with some guy going "What? You're a disc jockey? (laughing)" which PE sampled.

It's cut out from the current video for some reason, but you can hear it here: https://soundcloud.com/shuffleit/mikey-dread-operators-choice

Stationary Unit, I don't hear the laughing sample in Mikey Dread's Operator's Choice, but I do hear "Riddim full of culture, y'all" at 1:40 in the video.

Not sampled from "Headline News", but rather "Operator's Choice". "Operator's Choice" has both the "Riddim full of culture, y'all" and laughing samples, so it's extremely likely Public Enemy just sampled both vocal samples from "Operator's Choice".

That's how I originally submitted, but it was changed to "Headline News" for some reason. Damn these Mikey Dread listings are confusing...
