Outkast reference sample gone?
They should get a more complex system of labeling samples on this site for songs that sample a song in more then 1 way. This sample is a perfect example of a song being sampled in more then way 1 way.
Whenever more than one part is sampled/replayed (like here: fx/other & vocals) it gets classified as "whole track". Technically that's not correct, but it's better than saying it's just sampling "vocals" or "other" :-).
But it wasn't the whole track. It's really just the lazery sounds and vocals he sampled.
This should be labeled as a direct sample of the whole track. Skrillex basically remade his own beat and just added extra drums.
