I remember reading somewhere that it's on an old sound effects record and I'm sure that's where Grand Wizard Theodore got it from. Not sure if the old record took it from "Serpico" though it's possible. But I'm pretty sure that all subsequent uses of it are sampled from "Military Cut".
Yeah, you're probably right. Wouldn't be surprised if it's actually from the movie though.
I know exactly what you're talking about. I'm not sure if it's actually from there though. I think that's what's always said at a firing range over a loudspeaker.

It's most likely that they got it from here anyhow.
Still needs to find the original sample that was used in both songs but I guess this will do for now.
