Actually, it was the writers of the song, not Xscape themselves. And the song was "One of Those Love Songs," not "The Arms of the One Who Loves You" (that was written by Diane Warren).

Xscape sued her claiming that "Thank God I Found You" ripped off their "The Arms of the One Who Loves You" I'm not sure who won but Jermaine Dupri works alot with the both of them, not sure if he had something to do with it.
