Elements Of Life was claimed to be based on a track called Swiwal by Michiel de Jong. Michiel sent his demo to Black Hole Recording, it was rejected (see www.dumpert.nl/mediabase/188841/4702241d/dj_tiesto_pleegt_plagiaat_.html). Plagiarism or not, both songs are too similar for it to be a coincidence. |

The Killers - Spaceman (Tiesto Remix) seems to use melody similar to The White Stripes' Blue Orchid at 3:44 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KcdAlypzMPA). Not completely the same, I guess. |
