Amen Brother is the genesis of pretty much all rave music from the 90's and has been sampled by more artists and acts over the years then would be possible to list on here. There's probably a billion more examples of that famous drum solo on records than there are of the James Brown vocal stabs that tended to litter the mirriad of sampled music over the decadces.
As the 'net video says "six seconds from a B-side record that changed the face of music forever"
