Use Conditions

Important Note: Please be sure of your facts before you upload a sample! We do our best to verify samples uploaded by users but it is often impossible to verify the existence of a sample. By displaying a sample on the Service we make no warranty or representation that the sample described by the uploading user is indeed a sample, or is the sample that is claimed, and no party should place any reliance on the existence or otherwise of a sample based on opinion or information found on the Service. We shall have no liability to any user for any loss or damage of any kind suffered or incurred by any user of the Service as a result of uploading a sample.

Copyright and Other Rights

1. The Service and all material available through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, photos, logos, button icons, images, trade marks, music recordings, musical works, lyrics, audio and audio visual clips, databases, data and software (together "Content") are owned and controlled by or licensed to us, our affiliates and/or licensors.
