Copyright

1. WhoSampled does not store any video or audio content on its servers. Any user submissions which link to content that allegedly infringes the copyright of a third party will be removed upon request by the copyright holder. As part of WhoSampled's copyright policy, WhoSampled will terminate user access to the Service if a user has been determined to be a repeat infringer. A repeat infringer is a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice.
2. We claim no intellectual property rights over video content, audio content, links and photos supplied by users.
3. WhoSampled and its employees have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content that is available via the Service.

General Conditions

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" without any warranty or guarantee and "as available" basis.

8. The failure of WhoSampled to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. The Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between you and WhoSampled and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and WhoSampled (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms & Conditions).
